Sewing Patterns

Sewing patterns are featured with photographs, pattern templates and sewing instructions.

Pattern Templates

These are available to download and print as PDFs.

Use the pattern templates to create quilt blocks and appliqué templates using your own fabrics. The templates are versatile and can be used for making various items.

Download them on your computer and print as PDFs on to ordinary white A4 sheets of paper. Click here for additional print instructions.

Actual Pattern Size

All the quilt blocks/templates are the actual pattern size. They do not need to be enlarged. Every template fits on to a standard sheet of A4 paper so that it’s really easy for printing out on your computer. I’ve deliberately chosen items that don’t need to be enlarged for this range of sewing projects.

Larger items, such as the sewing machine cover and tea cosy are listed with instructions on how to create the shape you need. The methods are easy. For example — the sewing machine cover only requires a main pattern piece measuring 18 inches (46cm) x 32 inches (81cm) and two side panels which are simple rectangles.

Basically, you don’t need to enlarge any of these templates in this range of projects.

Paper Patterns

If you would like all of the patterns included here already printed on paper, these are available on a large single roll of paper here from my fabric design collection.

Fabrics

Many of the fabrics featured here are available from my fabric collections.

Or you can use your own fabrics to make the projects.
